Refund policy

SZT Automotive (operated by Vita Nova Luxury Pte Ltd, UEN 202408148G). Effective 18 September 2026.

Refunds only when (a) the order is not delivered within the stated window plus 7 days, (b) the item arrives damaged in transit (photo within 48 hours of delivery), or (c) the wrong item is delivered. No change-of-mind returns or exchanges. No voluntary or manufacturer warranty is offered; statutory consumer rights under Singapore's CPFTA (Lemon Law) and Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999 are unaffected.
